Bea in EastEnders took a dark yet “far-fetched” revenge against Billy Mitchell on Monday, as her sinister actions continued.

Amid her clear obsession with Honey Mitchell and her keenness to be part of the family, she’s turned on Honey’s husband Billy Mitchell. Wanting him out of the way, she’s undermined him and is now trying to paint him as being controlling.

But Monday’s episode took a bit of a turn, days on from her setting up a fake dating profile in his name. Monday’s episode ended with her claiming Billy had tried to sleep with her.

She claimed to Honey she had proof, before playing out a voice recording of Billy saying he wanted an affair with her. Honey seemed shocked, as did Billy, while Bea was thrilled with her latest antics.

Ahead of Billy and Honey’s reactions being revealed, fans called out the “far-fetched” revenge. The voice note was so obviously AI, but fans predicted Billy would be blamed.

That’s not all though as some fans wondered if Bea wasn’t quite finished, and would take a more sinister revenge against Billy. Fans believe Bea could be setting Billy up and that she could soon kill him.

The theory read: “The way things are going with Bea I can definitely see her trying to kill Billy. She’s already messed with Billy’s ladders leading to Honey’s injury so we know she’s capable of physical sabotage.”

Bea had tried to hurt Billy recently by tampering with his ladder, only for Honey to be hurt. As for the AI recording, Bea’s plan is to make it seem that Billy is cheating on Honey, and to tear apart their marriage.

Will she succeed though? Fans think Honey will believe her, while they were quick to point out the recording was very clearly fake. A fan posted: “Is it just me or do I think the AI voice of Billy doesn’t sound like him that much?

“To me, personally, It just sounds robotic so I’m not sure how anyone has fallen for that, especially honey.” Another fan said: “There’s certainly gonna be a few that’ll call it out as AI but the fake dating profile deffo won’t help his case.”

A third viewer added: “I was thinking exactly the same thing as I was watching it, it doesn’t even sound like Billy never mind the fact it sounds robotic and fake. Billy’s reaction to Bea saying about him wanting to sleep with her alone should be the sign she’s lying, but if anyone falls for that very clearly faked voice note then poor Billy is all I can say.”

Another post said: “Really funny but also so obviously not him talking it didn’t even sound like his voice.” A final comment read: “Surely Honey can’t believe Bea?! This is so far fetched and damn right STUPID!!!”
