Emmerdale ‘death twist’ revealed in Sadie King’s comeback plot
She was never going to come back quietly.

Emmerdale is bringing back Patsy Kensit’s Sadie King this summer, and her return was always going to be dramatic, and a new rumour is hinting at what kind of drama we might expect.
The Sun on Sunday has stated that the soap will feature a fake death twist as part of her comeback, but apparently not in a ‘she’s faked her own death and now she’s back’ way — which wouldn’t make sense anyway as her 2006 exit was in the back of a car.

No, the rumours states Sadie is going to fake her death as part of her return storyline.
The question is: why? Is there someone she’s on the run from and needs to get off her back? Is it some elaborate insurance scam? The other question is: whatever her plan is, will it work?
At the moment, it’s all rumour and conjecture, as an ITV spokesperson has told Digital Spy: “We don’t comment on storyline speculation.”
Many of the characters that Sadie either had a romance or a rivalry with — Jimmy King, Robert Sugden, Cain Dingle, Charity Dingle — still live in the village, so there are plenty of possible stories the soap could explore.

Just days ago, Emmerdale announced summer spoilers focusing on six female characters, and Sadie is one of them. Once back in the village, she will drop a revelation that will send shockwaves through the village.
“From explosive secrets that shatter lives to dangerous new allegiances that threaten to tear the village apart, this season promises to be one of our most intense yet,” Emmerdale boss Laura Shaw said.
“The village is set for a dramatic transformation, and we can’t wait for our audience to see the peril these characters face.”
