Hollyoaks airs frightening cliffhanger as one character suddenly collapses

Hollyoaks spoilers follow for the latest episode to air on E4 and stream on the Channel 4 service.
Hollyoaks has aired a worrying cliffhanger as one character has collapsed out of the blue in the Jenson Cole storyline.
In the latest episode, Gemma Johnson woke up in the empty Blake flat (where Jenson has been secretly staying) after she got drunk and kissed him.

He asked her who was the better kisser out of him and his half-brother Warren Fox (Gemma’s ex), but she didn’t want to answer and tried to leave.
Unfortunately, the mood changed when Jenson put his hand on the door and menacingly asked: “Who’d you think you’re talking to? Did your mum not teach you no manners?”
Although Jenson wouldn’t let Gemma leave, he told her he wasn’t going to hurt her and just wanted to know why Warren had a problem with him. She waited for him to become distracted in thought, swiped the key and told him just to talk to Warren himself as she left.
Later on, Myra McQueen turned up to the Blake flat with Warren and Sienna’s son Sebastian to pick up his game console. Jenson tried to hide, but was eventually discovered.

Myra invited him back to hers, where he told her he was squatting because he “couldn’t” go back home, stating: “If I don’t have me brother, I don’t have anything.”
He told her that he was still struggling to cope after his mum’s diagnosis and death, when Sebastian came into the room and asked him to play on the Nintendo together.
Warren came back to the house and started to argue with Myra over Jenson being there, when Sebastian suddenly collapsed to the floor!
Did Jenson do something to cause it? The soap didn’t show anything on screen to confirm that he did, but it did cut away to Gemma reading a foreign news article with Jenson’s face on a wanted poster…
