Meanwhile, Leah tells Ste some shocking home truths, and a lavish dinner party changes six lives forever.

Monday 6 July – Episode 6740
1. Gemma comes up with a new plan

Gemma is unnerved following recent events and calls in all her heavies.
She then orders Jenson to play the doting boyfriend and stand by her side.
Later, Gemma questions the men when she finds them in the Loft, but it’s not long before Jenson comes under suspicion.
2. Prince finds himself in danger

Jenson jumps in to protect Gemma when the heavies pull a knife out on her.
However, when Leah and Prince catch the heavies fleeing the scene with a weapon, Prince panics and instinctively steps in front of Leah.
Afterwards, Imran thanks Prince for looking out for Leah, but Vicky isn’t impressed and urges him to stay out of danger in future.
3. Warren and Mercedes make plans to flee

Warren and Mercedes excitedly make plans to move to Miami.
With Mercedes getting carried away with the idea, Warren warns her that they must keep Jenson on side for the time being.
4. Ste and Leah clash

Ste wants to be a guest on Leah’s podcast but she uses it as an opportunity to get him to open up about his feelings.
During the recording, Ste starts to feel backed into a corner by the questions and asks to stop.
A huge row escalates as a result and the pair exchange some harsh words, which leave Ste shaken.

5. Vicky confronts Prince

Vicky is unable to shake off her concerns about Prince’s true feelings after he put his life in danger for Leah.
When Leah arrives at Casa McQueen to thank Prince again, Vicky is unnerved to turn up and find them talking.
Later, she confronts Prince and asks if anything is going on between them.
6. Ant struggles with his grief

Leela brings tennis outfits for herself and Tony, keen to keep everyone’s spirits up.
Ant lashes out when he sees his dad enjoying himself so soon after Diane’s death.
Later in the park, Ro tells Ant he shouldn’t take his frustrations out on Leela, reminding him that she’s only trying to help their dad.
7. Caleb and Frankie grow closer

Frankie supports Caleb at his physio appointment and explains that she’d be attending her summer ball had she gone to dance school.
Caleb comes up with a plan to cheer Frankie up and calls on Vicky to help pick a dress for her.
8. Vicky makes a move on Caleb
Lime Pictures
Vicky helps Caleb choose some cufflinks for his plans with Frankie. However, she misreads the signals and kisses him.
Later, Caleb gets suited and booted for his evening with Frankie and they make things official.
9. Jonah makes a mistake
Channel 4
Jonah hears the phone he disposed of ringing and frantically tries to find it before it’s too late.
Later, Darren grows suspicious when Jonah slips up and reveals that he borrowed money from Jack.
10. Dee Dee takes a step forward

In the recovery centre, Dee Dee meets her new support worker, called Abigail.
Abigail decides to take a new approach with Dee Dee, but will this work?

11. Lives are changed forever in a special episode
