EastEnders confirms two worrying threats to Max and Lauren Branning

EastEnders’ Max and Lauren are both up to no good next week – but which of the Brannings will end up in bigger trouble from their antics?

When Priya Nandra-Hart once again lays it on thick with Max, the notorious lothario is powerless to resist her charms – and they end up sleeping together again…

“Max and Priya are like magnets – they just can’t resist the sexual pull,” reveals our Walford insider. “This affair will undoubtedly end in tears, but neither one of them seems as though they care right now. The passion is too good!”

Meanwhile, Max’s daughter Lauren comes to an agreement with Mark about their dodgy car sales through the car lot.

Hoping to avoid mixing business with pleasure, Mark agrees not to attend Ian’s family barbecue. Later on, Lauren panics when Mark asks to meet urgently – but it’s all a hoax!

“Mark rings Lauren and begs her to come quickly because a car deal has gone horribly wrong,” explains our source. “When Lauren arrives on the scene though, it transpires that Mark lied to test her! Lauren is furious that he’s caused her such panic, so she leaves Mark alone…”

With Max and Priya’s affair becoming more at risk of being uncovered by the day, and Lauren falling into a very dangerous entanglement in Mark’s murky criminal underworld, could the Branning’s troubles only just be beginning?

As Priya continues to sneak around with Max, this week she was blindsided when Ravi unexpectedly returned to Walford after he walked away from his family a few weeks ago.

Ravi reunited with his kids and his wider family, but Priya was still furious that he abandoned her after getting discharged from the mental health unit and left her to look after Avani and Nugget alone.

Though Priya made it clear to Ravi that they were over, he wanted answers about who she slept with after Ross and Vicki’s wedding. Ravi then found out through Suki that Priya was still seeing someone – so he vowed to find out the identity of this man and kill him.
