1. The police pile more pressure on Charity
ITV
After being held overnight in a police cell, Charity is told that she’ll have to face more questioning as new evidence has come to light.
This turns out to relate to Jacob’s turbulent workplace history with Dr Todd, which the police accuse Charity of concealing from them in her initial interviews. In their view, a picture is emerging of Charity and Sarah having a vendetta against Todd – but Charity’s new solicitor tries to shut down this line of questioning.
2. Dylan is haunted by the past
ITV
Dylan is spooked when he sees the police presence in the village, as it reminds him of the ordeal that he went through when Ray was killed.
He soon opens up to April about how much he’s still struggling and she suggests that he should consider going to see a therapist.
3. Cain, Chas and Jacob all get frustrated
ITV
Sarah is bombarded with questions as Cain, Chas and Jacob all want to know what really happened between Charity and Dr Todd.
Sarah sticks to the plan by keeping quiet, but will things change when Charity is eventually allowed to go home for now?
4. Lewis takes a step further with Kev
ITV
Kev gossips about the ongoing police drama in the village, but he’s soon given something new to focus on when Lewis suggests they should meet up tomorrow for some quality father-son time.
When the conversation at the café later turns to bike riding, Kev spontaneously offers to help Lewis learn.
5. It’s a big day for Nicola’s family
ITV
Nicola braces herself for some big news, as Elliot is due to receive his A-level results.
Elliot, who hasn’t made an on-screen appearance on the soap since 2024 despite still living in the village, has apparently been hard at work on his studies. Will his devotion pay off?
6. Billy makes a big decision
