Hollyoaks actress secretly marries filmmaker boyfriend in stunning Spanish ceremony
HOLLYOAKS actress Jennifer Brooke has tied the knot in a stunning ceremony abroad.
The actress, who is known for her role as Rachel Hardy on the soap, wed her filmmaker partner Lawton Charman in Barcelona.
The couple got engaged last year after a decade together.
And they officially wed in July, with Jennifer – who has also made cameos in Casualty and Call The Midwife – looking stunning in an ivory A-line gown.
She pulled her blonde hair into a half-up do, taking the front section away from her face, which had a dewy brush of make-up across it.
While Lawton opted for a two-piece black suit with a simple white T-shirt underneath.
The ceremony took place by the coast in beachy town Sitges, which sits around 40 minutes from Barcelona.
They sweetly brought their two dogs along to be part of the ceremony, along with their nearest and dearest.
Jennifer, her husband, and their pals have all shared snaps from the special day to social media.
Alongside a carousel of snaps, the actress wrote: “I’ve lost my voice and gained a new second name.
“10th July 2026…. We did the damn thing.”
A month prior, Jennifer had a fun-filled hen-do in Marrakech with pals, including fellow actress Lucie Shorthouse.
Jennifer joined Hollyoaks as Rachel Hardy in 2015, before her character was killed off the following year.
