Coronation Street stars look worlds away from their characters as they enjoy glam cast party
The stars of Coronation Street looked almost unrecognisable as they made their way to their summer cast party dressed in complete contrast to their soap characters

The good and the great of Coronation Street favourites came out in force for the ITV soap’s annual summer party held in Manchester. And the stars looked almost unrecognisable as they donned their best outfits for the bash.
Guests included Lucy Fallon who plays Bethany Platt, Tina O’Brien who plays her on-screen mother Sarah Platt, Oliva Frances Brown who plays Jodie Ramsay and a host of other fan favourites.
It has been reported that due to huge cuts by ITV, cast had to reportedly pay an entry fee into the venue. A source told The Sun: “The cast aren’t best pleased about having to do their own party. They have had to plan and pay for everything themselves.
“It is annoying for them that despite being one of the biggest TV productions in the country that they can’t have a celebration laid out for them. A few of the cast have been rolling their eyes behind-the-scenes.”

Tina O’Brien
