Actor-turned-roofer Alfie Browne-Sykes played Jason Roscoe on Hollyoaks, is a dad after his partner Aimee gave birth to their little boy in the early hours of Sunday morning
A former Hollyoaks star has revealed he has become a first-time father after his fiancée gave birth to a baby boy.
Soap star Alfie Browne-Sykes and his partner Aimee Scott jointly announced his arrival with an adorable Instagram post and confirmed they have already decided on a name. Alfie, known for his role as Jason Roscoe in the C4 show, is already a doting stepdad to Aimee’s four-year-old son, Zach William, from a previous relationship.
Actor-turned-roofer Alfie, 31, and Aimee took to Instagram that day and posted a cute black-and-white shot of the couple holding their little boy’s hand, with the caption: “Luca William Browne-Sykes. 7th June 2026. 5 lb 12 oz. 5:00am.”
Their friends, family and fans flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages. One wrote on the platform: “Aww he’s here. Congratulations to you and @aimee.scottx enjoy your little family of 4 xxx .” A second follower told them: “My heart. SO happy for you all !! Welcome to the world beautiful boy. Cannot wait for a big squish.”
The couple revealed their “miracle” pregnancy with a photo of a baby grow bearing the words “Baby Browne-Sykes coming soon”, accompanied by ultrasound images just before Christmas.
The soon-to-be husband and wife first crossed paths at London Liverpool Street station in December 2022, and Alfie popped the question at the same spot two years later – at the bottom of an escalator.
They captioned the post: “Our little miracle, Baby Browne-Sykes. You are already so loved. You have the sweetest big brother who is already so excited to play, protect, and love you. Our hearts are so full, and we feel incredibly blessed to be growing our family.”
