The smoking gun that will take down Leah confirmed in major Hollyoaks twist
Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Monday’s (August 17) episodes that are now available to view on Channel 4 streaming. The episode in question will air on E4 on at 7pm.
Leah Barnes (Charlotte Alex Riley) will rue the day she walked into the Maaliks’ backyard to say her goodbyes to Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson-Dwyer), who she’s been having an affair with.
The social media influencer, who has made quite the impression on villagers and viewers alike, is all set to wed Imran Maalik (Ijaz Rana) in upcoming scenes.
Imran, however, is unaware of the fact that Leah is cheating on him with Prince – but it seems he could be about to find out after his bride-to-be made a grave mistake.
On the eve of their big day, Leah paid a visit to the Maaliks’ to have a word with Prince, who is in a relationship with Vicky Grant (Anya Lawrence).
Worried about Vicky, Leah urged Prince to look after her.
Not wanting to hurt Imran and Vicky, Leah and Prince put an end to their dalliance once and for all – but not before they shared a close embrace and a final kiss.
Prince returned his attention to Imran’s stag do while Leah, determined to start afresh, headed to the House Boat to delete the confessions of her friends that she’d recorded earlier this year.
To her shock, however, Imran’s file was already deleted.
Imran, meanwhile, was excited to be marrying Leah and shared a nice moment with mum Misbah (Harvey Virdi), mate Prince and stepdad Donny Clarke (Louis Emerick), who had used a camcorder to capture some of the afternoon’s special moments.
But as Donny downloaded the footage to his laptop, viewers could see that he’d unknowingly captured the kiss shared between Leah and Prince in the backyard.
Yikes upon yikes!
Will Imran discover the truth of Leah’s infidelity before they say I Do? What’s more, will Leah discover what Imran’s big confession entailed?
