Emmerdale fans ‘work out’ who Thea’s related to – and it’s not Graham or the Tates

DS Thea Ramsden could be related to a returning Emmerdale character, according to fans.

While initial theories suggested she may be Jean Tate, the daughter of Zoe Tate, fans now think it’s the Kings she could be connected to. With Ramsden teaming up with Serena Sugden to take down the Tates, it led to speculation she was Graham Foster’s daughter, or Jean, as previously mentioned.

For her to be targeting the family, more so Kim Tate who she wants to “finally take down”, viewers predicted some sort of revenge was being planned. Now, they think the plot is what brings back Sadie King, played by Patsy Kensit.

They think Sadie is out to get Home Farm and she needs rid of Kim for this to happen. So the new theory is that Thea is Sadie’s daughter, or isn’t related to her but is working with her.

So is Thea related to Sadie, and are the pair working together, with Serena’s help, to steal Home Farm? Sadie didn’t have a feud with Kim, they’ve never met, so is it actually all about Home Farm?

After all, Thea is a detective so perhaps her need to take the Tates down is linked to their past crimes. One fan predicted: “Surely this has got to be Sadie King’s upcoming return. I could be wrong, but I am sensing something.”

Another fan predicted: “She’s Sadie’s daughter,” as a third fan agreed: “Sadie & Jimmy’s daughter.” A fourth fan commented: “Sadie king is coming back so they could be her daughters,” including Serena in this.

A further theory about why Thea and Sadie would target Kim read: “To somehow claim home farm? Isn’t that what Caleb wants as well? Could be an interesting storyline.”

Back to the Sadie theory, one fan said: “It must be something to do with Sadie cause she’s meant to be coming back.” Another added: “I thought it might have something to do with Sadie King at first – they’re either in cahoots or they’re related maybe?”

The theories kept on coming too with one post reading: “Possible connection to Sadie ie her daughter or girlfriend of Jamie.” Another added: ” I assume that she’s connected to Sadie King’s arrival?”

Some fans thought it was Serena who was linked to Sadie. A post read: “Hmm starting to think Serena is working with Sadie, that’s why she’s digging around home farm,” as another said: “I think Serena maybe linked to Sadie .” All will be revealed soon!
