Enraged Mack hints at killer outcome in Emmerdale – and his threat may come true

Ross Barton (Michael Parr) remains blissfully unaware that Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) knows his secret in Emmerdale, and his happy chappy personality is now starting to seriously annoy his soon-to-be enemy.
A couple of days ago, Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) told Mack about sleeping with Ross, which resulted in her becoming pregnant with baby Leyla.
Charity also told Mack about Doctor Caitlin Todd (Caroline Harker) blackmailing and sexually assaulting her. Mackenzie has chosen to stick by Charity as she fights for justice, but focusing on that – rather than the rage he feels about everything else going on – is becoming incredibly difficult.
In today’s episode of the ITV soap, Charity told DS Reid (Angela Londsale) about Doctor Todd blackmailing her. While the detective told Charity it was important information, she also stated that this claim would be treated as a seperate case.
It was news that Charity didn’t want to hear, and left her wondering if this brave move was even really worth it.
She arrived at the pub a while later, ready to begin prep for Leyla’s christening. To her shock, Charity laid eyes on the woman she saw at the lake last Tuesday.
At the time, Charity had no idea that she was speaking to Serena Sugden (Casey Al-Shaqsy), who made her way to the village to find her distant cousin Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley).
Robert is away at the moment, so Serena is spending time with Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill).
Charity immediately panicked about Serena revealing her secrets to Sarah, but the newbie reassured her and said that she’d keep quiet. Mack then arrived, and was taken aback to discover Serena’s connection to the Sugdens.
He was convinced that this woman shouldn’t be trusted, largely because her last name is Sugden, but Charity didn’t agree.
Back at Jacobs Fold, Mackenzie had to watch Ross take Moses out. He was his usual cheery self because of course, Ross doesn’t know what Charity has told Mackenzie – yet.
As Ross left, Charity attempted to comfort Mackenzie but he pushed her away. He went as far as saying that he wants to murder Ross now, which isn’t something you should say when you live in Emmerdale.
In future episodes of the show, a flash-forward will air that confirms someone has been attacked. Could the scenes in today’s episode actually be foreshadowing?
Could a furious and vengeful Mackenzie attack Ross after confronting him about baby Leyla?
